- We will get back to you with options
- If your glasses can be repaired we will send you a shipping label
- Once we receive your glasses we notify you that your glasses have arrived
- Our master craftmen will then thoroughly inspect your glasses
- An email with all available options, which include description and cost per option, will be sent
- Once an option is chosen and processed online our master craftmen will quickly proceed
- Most orders are usually processed and shipped back within two weeks
- We will send out an email with tracking number and link once your order shipped
- You can track your order online
Do you have a question about the return?
This warranty does not cover: scratches on lenses, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or improper storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.
